Site specific tillage and seeding with the Topsoil Mapper (TSM) at the DLG Field Days 2018
Geoprospectors presents, together with its sales partner Case IH, the TSM Isoconnect for direct control of agricultural machines with ISOBUS functionality
From June 12 to 14, 2018, the DLG field days took place at the International Plant Production Center of the DLG in Bernburg. "With more than 20,000 visitors, including 1,800 from abroad, we were able to achieve a good result," said DLG's CEO, Dr. Ing. Reinhard Grandke.
The main theme of this year's fair was "Plant Production 2030 - Productivity, Innovation, Strategies." The digital advances in precision farming help farmers to improve prevailing practices, making them easier to control and more accurate as well as faster and safer.
In time for the DLG field days, Geoprospectors presented the Topsoil Mapper soil sensor with ISOBUS functionality for direct implement control. The TSM promises to increase area output by up to 25% through site-specific tillage and direct control of agricultural machinery compared to conventional tillage. Michael Kopecky (International sales): "Handling is now even easier with the newly presented ISOBUS functionality. Mounted on the Case Magnum 340 CVX, the direct control of a Farmet Phantom Pro tillage machine could be demonstrated in real-time. " With the TSM, Case integrates another high-end sensor product into their AFS portfolio, now available in time for stubble cultivation or for deep tillage in autumn at your Case IH dealer!
