From April 8 to 12, 2018, the International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition TECHAGRO took place at the Brno Exhibition Center. The fairground was fully booked and over five days 110,000 visitors, visited the fair booths.
At the TECHAGRO, technology for smart precision agriculture was presented, which enables nature to produce pure, high-quality food in a sustainable way.
Jiří Milek, Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic says: ”TECHAGRO has earned an excellent reputation since its inception, and today it can be argued without exaggeration that, together with the simultaneously held events Silva Regina and BIOMASSE, it is the third largest agricultural technology and technology fair in Central Europe.”
On April 10, the conference "Future of Czech agriculture" took place on the exhibition grounds. More than 250 experts discussed agriculture and forestry in times of climate change and directions that agriculture should take in the coming decades.

Michal Krutis: “We have seen high interest in precision farming technologies. Farmers, that are already using these kind of technologies are interested in how to become better and more precise. Even very small farmers want to start up with GPS and precision farming technologies. also in the TSM we’ve seen very great interest, especially concerning depth control of the subsoilers.”
